Gas-powered carts — check your state law first. Not every state allows a gas-powered cart to be registered as a street-legal Low-Speed Vehicle, and states update these rules frequently. It is your responsibility to confirm that your state currently permits gas LSVs before you order. We cannot refund a VIN order because your state does not allow gas-powered LSVs.

Please note: All conversions are required to have a windshield wiper. If your cart does not have a wiper, a drill-less wiper kit will automatically be added to your order for $69. Once a wiper has been added, it cannot be removed — the order would have to be cancelled and placed again, and a $49 fee applies when reapplying after an incomplete order.

Certification & Waiver

Before we can issue your VIN package, you must certify the following. Read carefully, then check the box to agree.

By placing this order, I am certifying that my golf cart meets (or will meet before I drive it on public roads) all Low-Speed Vehicle equipment standards required by both the State of New Hampshire (where Unleashed EV manufactures and federally titles the vehicle) and my own state, as well as FMVSS 500 — including headlights, tail/brake lights, turn signals, reflectors, parking brake, mirrors, windshield, windshield wiper, seat belts, DOT-approved tires, horn, VIN plate, and a top speed capability of 20–25 mph on a paved level surface. I understand it is not possible for Unleashed EV or GolfCartVIN.com to inspect my vehicle in person, and I am certifying that all required equipment is in place and meets standards. If my cart is gas-powered, I further certify that I have confirmed my state currently allows gas-powered Low-Speed Vehicles to be registered and operated on public roads, and I understand that my order is non-refundable if my state does not allow gas-powered LSVs — state rules on gas carts change frequently and are outside our control. I agree to hold Unleashed EV and GolfCartVIN.com harmless from any claim, damage, fine, or injury resulting from operation of my cart without the proper equipment in place or in violation of state or federal law.
